1.   This guy is a total fucking asshole.

2.  If this were true, I'd say good. 
     a.  Pregnant bitches who smoke should face criminal charges.
     b.  Anyone who subjects children to second hand smoke should get the same.
     c.  Anyone who litters their filthy smoking paraphernalia should be punished excessively for littering.
     d.  Smoking in public should also be heavily fined and/or penalized.
