not sure if you weren't believing, so I figured I better snap a pic.   ten minutes ago. they look shitty, same as my arms that are over 19 and look like crap.   weird since I'm under 5'10

Big calves always amaze me...even those on big gals! 19 1/2 is huge. Do you have comp photos?

Another is my memory of the Ice Man. He drove a mule and wagon. In the wagon were large blocks of ice on straw. He would always use his pik and give me a ____ to suck on.

Apparently to get blue stars you have to divulge all your personal info to the site owner.

Not being funny but all my personal info isn't going to ANYONE on this forum.
Keep your blue stars.

I believe a picture of yourself on a posing platform wearing a number on your posing shorts (Thong) is all it takes.  :)

so,  I took that pic of my calf yesterday with the tape measure because Vince asked me to.  it was flexed for maybe ten seconds tops. today it is more sore than when I used to do twenty sets of super heavy calf raises.   if anyone knows what this is, please tell me.  I am totally limited physically by this, and it is depressing the hell out of me.  it's the same for every bodypart.  sore for 4 to7 days.

I was on a med for that for a while, but didn't help much, but ive often thought that is probably what is wrong .

I think I may have fukked up my muscles on a cellular level thru three decades of overtraining.

fibromyalgia is still unknown territory as it has been relatively recently recognised as a specific condition from what I know, so there is nothing at this stage that might noticeable help you.
Some people are recommending acupuncture, might be worth a try.
This is a website from Australia but it has a plenty of useful info about fibromyalgia. Have a look and you might find something that can help you

I haven't heard of this problem before. Usually people have some difficulty getting muscles sore from training. We call this Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS. We all get DOMS if we haven't trained or done any acute exercise for a while. The soreness usually goes away within a week.

When you are sore do you experience larger size muscles afterwards? Could be both growth and inflammation.

For a man of your height to have calves that measure 19 1/2 solid inches is extraordinary. If you do a workout now that is intense do you grow?
