WOW!
WTF , Thanks bro, I didnt know that that much people here cared about my Food.

Sorry for the lack of upgrades this week but im one week out and all I dream about is the peanut butter and blueberry jelly sandwich with my famous vanilla and chocolate Whey Pudding.I will eat after the show.

Followed by my Maxxxaghetti with cheese the day after.

Maxxxaghetti:

300 g of pasta(or whole wheat pasta)
250 g of cooked ground Horsemeat (or extra lean turkey or beef)
4 cheese and tomatoes sauce by Classico
Low-Fat cheese cutted in small pieces

JUst mix all that and eat.

Not so complicated

:-)

But soo good after a few week of diet.

……….. I think we could all use both if you can come up with something.
I know I need something a bit sweet after dinner. I use rivets now and feel no guilt.

I do not compete but do diet down for the summer months, May – Aug. the rest of the year I bulk. How about a single recipe with modifications for the dieting / bulking.

PS. Love this thread keep it up!!!

Im qualified to go to the Provincial July 3rd. But Ill probably wont , ill relax and will work my weakness and i will add 5-8 pounds of mass this year and I ll go kick ass next year. (probably wat i will do) I m sick of dieting and july 3rd is near.

But I have a good 2 weeks for me to think about It ... baybe I will try I dont know I just nkow for sure is that tommorow I will eat some pancakes and fruits for breakfast and some spaghetti with cheese for dinnier and BBQ time for supper and then a good whey and eggs shake in skim milk with a banana and a Peanut Butter fuckin Great ho hell yeah sandwich.

That will sure bloat me like hell but for my own peace of mind i NEED THAT CHEAT FOOD and Monday back on my tipical off-season moderates carbd diet of 3500 cal a day.
