hes no where near 20 percent hes around 13 percent, hes flat as a pancake this kid eats no carbs only lifts heavy, he has no glycogen thats why hes flat
he lacks chest, he needs to be doing pushups at least 3-4 times a day. hes just not pumped up. to look good you need to do bodyweight exercises a few times a day and get in plenty of carbs
and i mean plenty of good carbs like grapes, potatoes, lowfat popcorn, rice cakes, apples, bananas , pears
he needs a variety of carbs. some carbs put you to sleep but are great for taste like pretzels and golden grams both wheat basedcarbs that give you nutrtion =all your fruits
food that will give him energy =small amounts of fat all hours of the day and burn it off with pushups=will turn into muscle
