200lb 6feet 6% is very big fella

200lb 6 feet 15% is average fella

200lb 6 feet 25-30% is small fella

very very simple concept,,

size = lean size = no fat

anything other than muscle doesnt count,,muscle and water... fat is nothing but weight,,yes it give you over all size...but its nto the size people in this kind of boardings talk abotu or want to have,,

250lb 18% is shit no matter how you look at it ,,

180lb 5-6% will wipe the floor upside down with 250lb 18% as logn as they are same height
