And like the communist pussy Obama is, instead of taking it to a vote like its supposed to be, he skates around it because he knew it would have never passed. How about good riddance Obama?

So thru the years, for example when Clinton was in office, somehow this didnt happen as often, yet it just cant be because of the current president?   Its stunning what a free pass you guys give this clown. It is ALWAYS somebody elses fault, he didnt know, mis-spoke, etc...  Oh well, all that is being done is firing up the repub base and pissing off enough swing voters.  Keep it up. 

Free pass?  WTF?  Not in this case.  Just don't think it's fair to be more fucked up than usual to the opposition president just because he's black.

Republicans were using the filibuster to block nominations that had nothing whatsoever to do with the qualifications of the nominees.

If this fires up the Republican base and swing voters, so be it.  That is what democracy is all about.
