I'm always right , remember  Sherrief , everyone was saying 6-7% ,  I said  over 10% .


 
lets say it like that, the size can  be done naturaly and the bodyfat level will require semi serious diet, but can get away with plenty bad meals.
a guy on juice wouldnt have to pay attention to anything much to get there, just making sure they dont get too fat.
i dont know, i rather not even lift than being at that bodyfat level.whether its 10,12 or 14, hes too bloofy.
more tha 1 diuretic away from stage ready
