I have a drink maybe once every four years.  Alcohol is a shit drug.  Personally, I can't stand alcoholics, they all have a cun+y personality.

This. And I hate the pathetic weakness of alcoholics. Weak people that can't control themselves and destructive habits. I could drink every night of my life (if I was a drinker) and never get addicted. Or drugs every night and never get addicted. In fact, there was a time I done both during university years and never cared much for it either. I never understood the fuss.

... Alcohol wins  ;D

What's you favorite drink these days? I've been laying off the beer lately, trying to lose a chin or two  ;D.

In moderation alcohol is super beneficial. Nature's way to give us a channel to relax and open our minds. My rule has always been to never abuse so it'll never be a "problem". Why play with fire?

I've cut out the beer as well but I switched to tequila which is something I never liked before

Been making these whenever I have the urge to drink

I have learned to appraicate alcohol later in life...I used to be all work and no play, my play time was the gym. Now after marriage and kids, and work, and alot of shit that life throws at you I have come to enjoy the time I spend with a nice glass of a fine bourbon, scotch or whiskey. Some of my favorites are...

4 roses, Blantons, Macallan 12 year.

A nice inexpensive alcohol with alot of flavor is Elijah Craig 12 year.

dude, you've got to expand your beer palate.  There are hundreds of beer to choose from.  Try Black and Blue by Dog Fish head.

He's drinking a paleo approved drink, so I'm guessing beer is out.

On a different note, Dogfish 90 is my go to for that brand, but I generally like everything they make.

Ive had the 90 and I enjoyed it very much.  About three months ago they had a Dogfish tap takeover at a local pub close to my house.   I was able to sample a lot of beers.  I made sure to have a full glass of the 90

bukowskis a clown.

it's amazing how many people this guy has fooled with his nihilistic attitude towards the human race and how much he hates it.

all he does is whine and complain abt how shitty it is. how he wishes he could be left alone and blah blah blah

I've never seen a guy who wanted to be left alone so badly grant so many interviews and allow himself to be filmed.

the biggest not wanting attention attention whore there ever was.

I got two buttons stop and go, I can have a few beers with a lunch or dinner no problem. But if im out on a drinking session, I binge. Never crave a drink don't do it even weekly but if I get on it Im on it, spend the next day feeling like shit, I got control I just choose to turn the dial to don't give a shit, don't see the point in having a drink with the handbrake on,unless its a business dinner or lunch, but I wont ever do business over a drinking session unless im the one not drinking  ;) saying that you wont find me rolling around spewing when i have had a drink, but I wont stop till ive had a skin full.

Thanks for posting the margarita, by the way.  Made the recipe last night and it was a great alternative to the agave syrup versions.  Very crisp.  A better tequilia than the one I used would make it even better.

Rum - Mount Gay, Appletons, Havana.
Beer - a good pale ale or pilsner.

Shots - a smooth tequila or vodka.

If I'm drinking beer it is Wienstaphener (sp?) either the Pilsner or the Vitus.
