Photoshopping is making your waist tiny and shit like that. Changing the original info of the pic to decieve people.

Nothing physically altered in my pics... that's exactly my build.  My pics tend to look washed out on my phone so I add a little warmth or whatever..because that's what I really look like.

Superior for what? size & strength? Fee weights. but you really can't get away without using both. I prefer free weights , I don't like Hammer Strength's for bench but I like it for the back
