Thats a zero weight lifting body in that pic, began regular lifting, protein meals August/September 2011 and decided to try and get in to stage shape in October that same year and went on a holy Dianabol cycle lol. Did my first inject course in May 2012 which was after the show. So I have only been proper juicing for 1 1/2 years.

Thanks, The only regular things would have been yoga and walking/hiking. I did go to the gym occasionally for periods during twenties but not same level of intensity. I played a bit of rugby in 2011 also think it was one of the things that prompted me to build up again as the shock of game made me value physical strength again more.
