Ozgirl : Sorry but I took the picture from this site. ( Getbig pictures ) Ironman. This thread is about Pro and the only pro show he did was the Ironman and the San fran show which he looked the same. I can post one from that show too, but it would look the same. So I did not post his worst pic as a " PRO " !

Derek was one of the orignal posters on Getbig ( as well as Batfreak and Decakid), and had good info and competed natty. He had a video of him squatting 800 pounds @a off-season weight of 200 punds.

Derek is a good guy.  He PMed me a while back about a fake page i made and I actually found him to be a pretty nice guy.  Very honest and professional, and willing to give advice.  I'm sure he takes a nickname lightly, knowing he'll be outliving most of today's pros by about 30 years. 

I don't think Derek needs you shouting profanity at strangers on internet boards.

He is a nice guy, and has helped me whenever I have asked.  I just find littler humor in you at all....  I wasn't on a soapbox, I was just
angry at all the guys here who couldn't hold their own against him taking a stab at him.
