Jesus Christ how can this guy be even MORE of a train wreck than previous? ::)

Could someone show him how to do a FULL rep on something? Anything exercise will do.....just show him a FULL rep.

What the fuck happened to his diet for this supposed show he's going to do in 2014? Or is he still "bulking"? ::) Like he needs to bulk anymore. Oh brother.  ::)
