Second pic is a buddy of mine.....all natty except did one cycle eons ago when he lived in Cali.....trained with IFBB pro Jeff Poulin,who kinda` convinced him to go to the "dark Side"..long time clean in this pic though.

Trained hard........great leg and arm genetics,torso,not so much.

Third and fourth pics,another guy that I trained.........met him at an AA meeting,but had seen him in the gyms for years,heasked me to help him prep...first time competitor, and couldn`t believe the diet I wrote out for him.....he got shredded though..lifetime natty and I couldn`t tempt him to go to the "DARK SIDE" ! LOL

Sadly enough,he now shoots Cocaine for a living.
