Glad i can motivate you Mazda, you have a very sleek look to your build..interested to see your offseason thread, however, im not very scientific when it comes to nutrition, i try to keep it simple, i try to eat mainly natural foods, and stay away from processed stuff. I am a huge believer in fruits that is one thing i can say, i wanna look good on the outside, but also feel great as well.

Thanks man, i went into the show knowing nothing, i trained only 3 weeks for it, and Blockhead pretty much talked me into doing it, he also helped me with the last 24hours to help dial me in, this time i want to do a real contest prep, and im gonna need plenty of advices from you broski!
