yeah, those transplant scars look like they can be BAD. 

Watch a few commercials, and you'll be able to pick out the dudes in real life with average to poor transplants.  Granted, a Clooney do, you can tell from his older pics with another inch of forehead.

But local dudes... standing around with their bald younger brothers, and they have just a big goob of hair that's too long up top, thinning on sides and back now lol... transplants can be obvious.
