Next time you watch WWE, check out the arms on Curt Angle.  He's a big guy but he's got the skinniest arms I've ever seen on a professional wrestler.  His triceps are non-existant!  I kid you not.

It stems from nerve damage from his neck/spinal cord injury...around 02 03 they were quite a bit bigger and then they just started to wither away.

Dorian Yates isn't even close.  Neither is Mark Dugdale or Ronnie in 2002.  Claude Groulx and Ahmad Haider win the "smallest arms" awards for male competitors in the last two decades.  Proportionately, Art Atwood might take them all.

Before that, poor Chris Dickerson took "top" honors.  (How he ever won an Olympia's beyond me.  I hear he's a sweet man, but I'm sorry:  slowly moving one's arms about in circles doesn't make for great posing, either.  You want good posing?  See Shawn Ray in 1994.)

ine one of zanes books he listed his arms at 19 inches bodywieght 208 and 28 inch waist in the offseason. he competed in 79 at 191 id assume they would have atleat been 18 inches in shape.
