NOexplode quickie...

Anyone know approx. how much creatine is delivered in the 2-3 scoops recommended in the serving size?

2 scoops about 3 g.

You digest nearly 100% of a di-cratine Malate that is why not much as opposed to the old Monohydrate where you will only digest maybe 30%.

No, only maybe a creatine ethyl ester in a post workout shake with whey and simple carbs (optimum glycoload)...do not use the old monohydrate.

if your broke or don't want to blow money on another high priced supplement you can still use the old monohydrate.
depending who you are depends on how much of the monohydrate you will store. if you want take and additional 5-10 grams of mono post work out with about 15gams of high glycemeric(sp?) carb which will aid with adsorption.
