I would like to see the sport advance into the 320lb on stage era. 335 off-season was impressive in 1996 but let's get with the program, its time for 400 off-season. Also synthol should be legalized and encouraged, more size is better and by banning synthol we're just holding up progress.

335 pounds? haha. Sorry, I'm not seeing it. MAYBE if he was 6'3" +, but even then. Dude is between 270-285 pounds MAX. If he were 335, he would have a HUGE gut and have more of the watery look.

He weighed more than that contest day. Have you seen his quads?

he is 335, he will go on the scale in front of anyone at any time and people have asked him to jump on the scale and he does all the time

Exactly. Remember when Jason Huh got on the scale? And he's what? 5'6". Jay was walking around near 300 lbs off season and he's 5'9". Ramy carries more muscle than both of them.

Looks great if he's really 335 lbs there.

Amazing that he's kept his waist in check. Even Ronnie couldn't do that when he started to get to 300 lbs.

Of course there's no reason to be this big. It's not functional and it's not healthy. There's a reason why it's so hard to build muscle. Why your body puts genetic limitations on how much muscle you can carry. Why you have to do so many unnatural and unhealthy things to get this big. Consider that a normal healthy male produces about 75mg/wk of Test. Now consider that many take a gram or more taking you to levels far, far, far beyond what your body can ever produce. And consider that no one is getting anywhere on a gram a week of Test. So the human body was never design to carry this much muscle and it's unhealthy to do so.

So there's no reason to be this big -- unless you are a professional bodybuilder. When you're just as conditioned and bigger than the next guy you always look more impressive.

Pellius, what is with the design BS? We probably evolved from more muscular beings so who knows what potential humans have for muscular size?

Come down to Australia and after two months you will go home with at least 5 kg more muscle....as long as you do exactly what I say.

Why do I say that? Because of reality. Living in the real world. Look how hard it is to build muscle beyond normal levels for everybody? We may have evolved from more muscular beings but they also had less substantial brains. As our intelligence evolved our muscular mass became less important and hence less of a metabolic burden.

But instead of me flying across the globe for the very questionable and thus far unprovable promise of an additional 5 kg of muscle why don't you do on yourself first? Or anybody for that matter. Anybody at all. Just one. Just one person that has been successful using your muscle hypertrophy break through. Find your own Casey Viator. You'll make history and get the acknowledgement you so desperately crave. You'll forget about getting your blue stars here. And then perhaps I will consider your offer.

That is so true.

Humans started evolving only when the blood started flowing to the brain and not to the muscles.

That is so true.

Humans started evolving only when the blood started flowing to the brain and not to the muscles.

Intelligence began to improve when we started scavenging the bones of other animals kills, and sucking the bone marrow from the  carcasses. The nutrients in the marrow provided the raw material for our brains to grow, whilst hiding in the trees from large predators equipped us with the time to put those brains to work finding cunning solutions to improve our chances of survival.

All of this so we can produce something as utterly ridiculous as Big Ramy.......

Our brains grew as result of more fat and meat in our diet.

the Basile principles of a hocking muscle gains.

Quote from Big Ramy: All the muscle you see on me is a result of the Basil secret to raise testosterone. You have to inject the test in your anus.  That is what big brother Vince told me to do.

Looking at this picture more closely it's almost shocking how bad Ramy makes Jay look here. There was always a disparity between Jay's left and right quad and left and right bicep but look how much worse it's gotten. Ramy destoys him in everything. Love Jay but father time gets the best of all of us.
