Shakes are a relief for me when faced with cooking and eating another dry chicken breast.

I like cooking eggwhites and putting protein powder and cinnamon on top...no carb but still tastes pretty good on a diet

What I've been doing is hitting the glass pipe and only drinking protein shakes. No lie . Last 3 weeks I've been working 12hrs plus a day . But on a brighter note I haven't been consuming high amounts of alcohol

I know one definition of "glass pipe", and I am hoping that isn't what you meant.

the people who are "dieting" and doing so while drinking alcohol are hillarious to me.

not sure if they understand the relation or effects of alcohol on fatloss.

I dunno. A glass of red wine has 70kcal. If I am not eating carbs or fats, only protein I don't see the problem. I also get a massive thermogenic effect from it.
Depends what you mean by drinking I guess. I'd never get drunk when dieting. I'm scared I'd drop too far into ketoaciditosis or something stupid
