Arms , legs ,calves were huge , 2 weeks later  I saw Greg Kovacks   guest posing  , supposed to be the biggest bodybuilder in the world ,he was nothing compared to Dillet.

Kovacs was 400lbs with two thirds of it in his waist. It was something like 50''. Why he thought it was a good idea to keep dosing so much hgh i will never know. Pose in peace and so on.

i dunno... but if ruhl wrote a high quality, detailed book on EVERYTHING he did to get into shape, i bet it'd sell quite a few copies.

Cause it was their strength genetically to come in sharp - but not big. They never were as big as Ruhl, cause neither their genetics nor boatloads of drugs would get them as huge.

Ruhl's strength genetically was to come in big as a house - but not as sharp as the guys you mentioned, not with all the drugs in the world either.

Besides the boatloads of drugs we're constantly talking about (and what alle those guys take anyway) you can't ignore the genetics factor either.
