He was clearly angry because this impatience bitch wasn't keeping a safe distance. This lane was too small to pass him from a safe distance, so this situation sucks for both of them.

Everybody every once in a while does some kind of bad driving or judjement of traffic conditions. It doesn't make sense to stalk someone in a vengeance style. Further conflict doesn't solve nothing.
Just be patient (depending on the situation of course) and forgive. Next day you will probably be the one who needs to be forgiven.

Well, what happens if you want to go on date? Or if you need to drop your kids off at for a rehearsal  that involves large musical instruments? Or if you have a lot of groceries? What about the ambulance? I sincerely doubt that they will have a pedal version. Or what if you pick up lumber or deliver heavy equipment?
There is no one fix for over crowding or pollution. And banning cars like some places have suggested is not the answer.

@0:18 without any reason the driver almost overrides a cyclist.
@0:28 a cyclist informs him that the driver isn't allowed to stand there.
@0:32 driver doesn't give a fuck and drives away

this threads a lil too long so maybe it was addressed but the driver did not "almost override" a cyclist. Technically I'm pretty sure that car is not supposed to be angled in that space but to say he almost ran the guy over is a big stretch. It was a slow controlled movement of the car no where really near the cyclist. The cyclist had to pick up his bike and walk backward quite a bit to get back to the car.
Two wrongs don't make a right. That cyclist should have never chased him done n screamed at him knocking on his car window. I thought it ironic that the motorcycle cop just drives by as well wen he can clearly see the car is in that bike space. Not high on his list of crimes to right that day.
So both guys r wrong but the cyclist was the first to initiate violence or threats.
