The Last of Us Video Game - one of the best

The Last of Us is a survival horror action-adventure video game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation 3. It was officially revealed on December 10, 2011 during the Spike TV Video Game Awards and released worldwide on June 14, 2013. It was released in Japan on June 20, 2013.

The player takes control of Joel (voiced and motion captured by Troy Baker), who is trekking across a post-apocalyptic United States in 2033, in order to escort the young Ellie (voiced and motion captured by Ashley Johnson) to a friendly resistance group, the Fireflies. The player defends the characters against zombie-like creatures infected with the cordyceps fungi, as well as hostile humans such as bandits and cannibals, employing the use of firearms and stealth aided by capabilities such as a visual representation of sound in order to listen for locations of enemies. The player can also craft weapons or medical items by combining items scavenged in the world.

im not a huge gamer but the story and acting is top notch.  For the first time I actually feel for the characters. Didnt think that would ever happen.

Not sure if you're familiar w/ the Uncharted series.  Made by the same developer(Naughty Dog), excellent games in the same vein.  Worth a try if you havn't played them.

Oh yeah. I am aware but I don't think that it comes close to the intensity of some of the scenes in this one.

Excellent doesn't do the uncharted series justice, best games ever made period.If they were released on Xbox North America would be going crazy over them.

Played 3 hours now and the game sucks....no just kidding really good game.

More than a year late to the party but finished it recently on PS4. Great game.

Being a psychopath I didn't feel much for the characters but I felt some strain and panick playing it. Especially when you're out of ammo with 3-4 clickers buzzing around you.

Yea it's a great game.

Not played the Uncharted series but preordered the PS4 remastered versions. Looking forward giving them a go.

Uncharted games  are awesome, same class as last of us and they only got better with each game. Looking forward for the new that are coming soon
