  Today I was hitting triceps in my sleeveless lime green Nike t-shirt. The fat is slowly coming of and teh muscles are starting to grow. I was focused and determined, knowing that I will one day be admitted in this exclusive club. Tomorrow, I train the bicepes. I am so focused and fired up that before going to bed I smoked a cigarette and stared point blank in the mirror while slapping myself hard a couple of times followed by hooks and crosses in the pillow. Fuck I am ready!...
