it's a big group of us so time won't even matter so as long as I can run a few miles without stopping it will be easy.

I did something similar:

1 mile run @ 7:13
4 sets: 1/8 mile walk followed by 25 pushups followed by 1/4 hard run @ 6 mph pace
1 mile run @ 7:30

3 mile ruck @ 43:30

not Homo.. would love to live near a Beach and run early mornings. Depending on the Beach Barefoot. Then again these Days you might get a needle in your foot  :-\

I'm going to North Myrtle Beach, SC....beach is nice and clean for running barefoot.
