Been stretching, rolling, taking naproxen, and wearing a sleeve....I think I may have just strained my calf on the incline  treadmill (hope)- the pain hits randomly - achilles, upper calf, side...

And I'm sure the last workout you posted on the lifting thread didn't tax your calf at all...

Hmmm....didn't feel it.  Purposely picked those exercise that focused on upper....

You may have a point on the box squats though.

Did a good routine today and 6 sets with the ropes.

Rode the stationary bike during call for work. I tend to pace if on the phone more than 30 seconds and may have found the perfect solution for the boringness of conference calls.

I tried tabata battle ropes at the end of my workout yesterday.

Full effort.  On the second set, I felt like I was going to puke.

45 sets of various exercise for 45 seconds each......15 seconds rest in between.

Need to work up back to one minute intervals.

Dark here on the East Coast when I get out of work and it's winter......thinking of changing my workout schedule so I an run on outside on Saturdays.


...want to keep one or two days a week off for rest.

Their ColdGear is pretty good - I did a 13 hour GR event in a cold gear mock + windbreaker.  Temp dropped to low 40s and we were wet.  Never got cold.
