I agree with the under Armour gear. Some good cold stuff there, better than the traditional running clothing powerhouses like nike, Adidas etc

And it sounds like clavin has lost his man card somewhere.

Yes, I was deciding on whether to grab the $37 UA cold gear, or the $150 Gore fancy gear.

UA turned out just fine.

I'm trying that now.

Funny thing is I feel like working out. There's just no energy for the lifts and everything in the upper body feels like knives are sticking in it.

I'll try fluids all day. If all else fails, I'll ride the bike or go back to the gym and use the battle ropes and some other exercises to force a good sweat.

Many on my team have followed my blueprint on how to dominate the  suburban Dad circuits.  

We normally play against college kids.  In that league, we are a mid team - can beat anyone, but lose to anyone too....there's one team that's lost once in two seasons (to us, yay!) who dominates - has kids who run a 4.6, etc....

We are hoping we just ran into a particularly bad team (good guys though).   There are plenty of over 35 teams out there that I assume could dust us.

6 mile snow ruck - 12-13 min mile

12 alternating sets - 30 sec sprint on treadmill at 10 mph / 10 pushup to plank - 30 sec

LOL @ GA,

I had the best intentions. Tuesday is usually rest day but I felt like riding a while.

DGF mocked me for being on the bike a minute. I'll be back in the gym early tomorrow and get business handled before people start calling, emailing, and texting with multiple matters made urgent through lacking of planning and disorganization.

2 mile ruck (38lbs) in 22:05

Kept ruck on:

1/4 mile 80 lb sandbag carry - 3 stops:  10 push ups  / 10 sets walk up bleacher seats / 10 push ups

Bear crawl - 50 yards.

<no ruck>
5 - 50 yd dash
Crab walk - 50 yards
50 push up - 30/20

1 mile ruck @ 11:15
30 push up

1 mile run @ 6:48

Flag football - they got three unnecessary roughness penalties - I took the brunt of all of them.   One was a full on accidental headbutt to the jaw......going to be sore tomorrow.
