heres what happens when the flat kinda guys(this includes me)are not very failry lean:

a layer of fat and water comes to the most unforgiveable places, lower chest, arm pits, lower side back, navel, and can mess up the whole physique.

the arms and shoulders will still look ok, but the rest will look soaking wet, flat like no muscle, and puffy.

that is why he has a shirt on.simple as.

hes got so little mass that he needs to be 5% to look any worth the while.

at 6-7% his little mass he has get flooded by the bulk.

at 12-15% there would be not 1 hint visible that he ever lifted a weight.

i had pics taken 2 weeks ago and i'll have pics taken again next week, as i'm curious how my 6-7 kg gain in 2 weeks time will effect my physique and no i won't post these pics here, but my bud mr. trollbody will see them and mensa bob if your reading this bro, shot me a pm and i'll alos forward you my progress pics
