Thanks I know my food.But the thing is though bro I don't trust protein powders for some reason I don't think they act same way as food I found.So I would ditch the protein powders and get that extra 140g protein in real food if possible (which I know is a bitch, I hate eating proteins)But I found it makes big difference.Best thing is to shred whole bunch of chicken in blender and mix it with some juice or something and just down it like a shake
