4 whole eggs
350ml Whole milk
4 spoons of skimmed milk powder (for the added casein)
2 shots of sugar free caramel syrup (buy it for my coffee)
1 double espress (I have a delonghi bean to cup)
About 46g protein, tastes great and good pick up before you start work.
At least I know what's in it, and i'm actually getting a decent espresso from a quality bean. Most of the time anything that has 'coffee' in it is the poorest quality and usually instant/freeze dried
