Ant should consider a media career.

Ant didn't showed up at the Nordic Pro. I guess he was too busy making road trips.

Antoine doesn't even need to compete. He represents Universal well just by being himself and outgoing, he's more known than most pros who compete, place shitty, and never do anything outgoing or interesting. He could be like Rich Pianino, except with a good physique and a fun personality.
Him, Frank, and Mike need to just make fun videos (like Super Awesome Kitchen Stuff) and just keep making money that way. No point in competing, they'll all place shitty, but they all have the personalities and physiques to appeal to the mainstream (or at least more so than any other pros these days).

Haha I wish I looked half as good as Antoine. I remember when he won the Canadian Nats, I was very impressed with him, but think he should focus more on the bodybuilding business outside of competing (which is what he seems to be doing anyway).

Things are currently looking pretty good for playa  ;)

My love handles and current lack of abdominals are looking pretty solid too.

Haha, Yes.

Plenty of time, I mean realistically on No One/Galeniko method, someone could likely lose like 50 pounds in three months!

Perfect.

Makes it pretty simple. And your physique improves almost daily.

Ill likely start bearing down this week. Right after I finish this baskin robbins sundae and dos xx lager.

beer killed me this summer.

now I pay the price. but like you said the changes are daily. i was speaking w a friend who's on it and they were saying they notice their pants getting looser every couple days. you can literally transform your body in as little as 4 weeks if you stayed in decent shape (8-9%).

if you want auschwiz lean as TA calls it like stage gross natty competitor lean (since they do get leaner than anyone) add another 2-4 weeks onto that.

I didn't have the headspace to get there. gal gutted it out. took him that long. said it was hell but he did it.

Nope, I dont have a desire to be stage ready lean. I have been au natural for a number of months, and I would hate to disappear in a T shirt. 10% is fine for me. All 6 abs visible even without good lighting, strong jawline, no love handles. Perfect.

I drink too much beer, and eat too shitty to ever have a need to be gal shredded, ever.
