In the changing room in the gym I overheard two women commenting a poster for shirataki noodles.

Woman A: Wow, low kcal, low carb and also gluten free.
Woman B: Oh, too bad...
Woman A: Why?
Woman B: Well, gluten free food is bad for you! You need gluten to keep your intestines healthy!
