Ah good, thanks to this thread I'll no longer be going to Montclair or over the bridge for nights out, I'll be heading down to bay fair mall or west Oakland since all those rapes, carjackings and muggings were just the fantasies of paranoid CTs who are scared of black people.

Jerry Brown ran (into the ground) Oakland for 8 years. Prior to that when he was gov. of California he eatablished Government employee unions which today vote 100% Democrat and who's pensions have the State near bankruptcy. As their present gov. he presides over the highest taxed and "fee" state in the union.

If a city or state is near bankrupt what are the odds that it is Democrat controlled? Just asking.

Jerry's father Pat Brown was an old fashioned quality Democrat (not a warm and fuzzy socialist) who was both pragmatic and very bright. He pushed thru the California Aqueduct (your welcome Southern California) and Interstate 5 and the modern freeway system. We sure could use some Pat Browns these days. I can remember when Linda Ronstadt was Jerry's beard. Now he has married an 'activist' beard.

And he's back at the helm. What does that tell you about California voters?

The current system to drag these lowlifes through the courts will soon no longer be adequate. Police will be given the go-ahead to make judgement calls in situations seen in the video: shoot and take notes after the fact.

Rid the scum from our streets.

We need to push for the real-life action of officers who come at all this from a "Dirty Harry" perspective.

Tolerance for thugs, druggies, criminals, and human trash has to end.

If you can't be responsible, decent and civilized, you get dead, end of story.

Even though you're jeopardizing the civil liberties of law abiding civilians by doing this its the only way to effectively fix this fuck up. But a failed track star with a 9mm and a badge shouldn't be the one doing this. Would feel alot better if tax dollars were put towards sending in security contractors with armed combat experience to utterly obliterate these poor people.

It's actually going in the opposite direction. After that homeless guy was beaten dead by the Oakland (or SF? I forget) police, and his family sued and won, it was pretty much what spurred on the city of Fresno to start using officer cams on their police. Basically cops now get a camera put on their sunglasses and another part of their uniform to film their entire shift to avoid civil rights violation accusations. I don't see shoot-to-kill becoming the vogue anytime soon with a system that can have those videos put on youtube within minutes.
