haha, the opposite of me, ive tried everything i could for years, long before i worked out any other part or was into bbing, and in all that time my calves have grown less than one inch.
Train calves every second day.
one day do only seated raises.
two days later only do standing raises
don't even count sets but do plenty (at least 6 sets)
don't count reps but go above 20 each set. once it starts to really hurt do another 10 reps.
don't use much weight.
use a FULL range of motion.
do your standing calfs with your legs dead straight (reduce weight for this...)
don't watch someone with low full calves train calves... their calves would grow from anything.
