Plenty of 70 and 80 year old's are prescribed testosterone and they are fine.

Steroids didn't cause the heart attack it was coke and other drugs. Yes, it could have been coke but it's rationalization to say steroids played no role. I guess the unstudied heart risk but empirical knowledge of early heart problems have nothing to do with steroids. Steroids increase blood pressure, thicken blood and can change the walls of the heart muscle are the leading theories.
He died of aids. If he did he wouldn't be a muscular wonder at death.
I would speculate what they will find is a cocktail of drugs in his system including steroids. It's obvious he's a steroid user.
