its hard to keep pushing myself daily but if i slack off on workout i tend to sleep even more, i dont like that, im wondering if everyones the same
now i know that some people do very little and require little sleep
now some do alot and sleep normal 8 hours and if they do even more activity sleep even less....but if a hardworker slacks off workout they will sleep like 10-11 hrs
do you even keep track?
