Deca 100mg/wk wk 1-10
Eq 100mg/wk wk 10-20

DIV is right, you definitely need to do some reading, and I mean a lot. This is a horrible cycle bro, I'm not surprised at all that you lost all your gains.
First off, Test should be the base of all your cycles without question. I'd recommend you start your research studying up on testosterone. But don't limit it to that alone, get a handle on everything, including proper PCT, which is just as important as your cycle.

*Deca and EQ doses you ran are worthless, as well as no point in running both together
*Running Deca w/o test, extremely stupid...to reiterate, always, always run test with a cycle
*Doing any cycle w/o proper PCT, even a stupid cycle is not smart
*Being cheap with your cycle, bad idea. If money is tight, save your money until you have enough to do it right, regardless of how long this takes.
Last off, not trying to make you feel like an idiot, we all do stupid things at one time or another, and I'm thinking you realize this, if not, let the realization begin. Start reading this board, get on other boards and read, there are also a million books and websites that strictly deal with AAS that could be beneficial to you. Study all of this, and once you think you have it all down, read it all again.
