You deny that evolution is occurring because you falsely presuppose that evolution has a necessary tendency towards "progress," which is false. At least as the technical term is used, evolving is simply biologically adapting to an ecological niche; thus, we'll evolve into mindless sludge if environmental pressures dictate as such (your posts reinforce the possibility that this is really happening, I might add).
You also seemingly presuppose that society is regressing in some important respect(s) (pointing to these nefarious public poopers as evidence), itself a dubious claim.
