Chopped steak

People think I'm weird when I tell them I don't like steak but it's true. However I do like chopped steak. Aka hamburger steak, probably has other names too. Just wondering does anyone have any chopped steak recipes?

I don't really like lean cuts of beef.

Do you like any of the fatty cuts? Like Prime Rib?

There ok a couple times a year but not something I like enough to eat regularly.
