carbs are not there to make you ripped genious. it's there to fill out the muscles the last hours. to turn to glycogen and fill up the muscles. that's the whole point stupid.
if you cut out water and sodium you can't hold water anyways. no amount of carbs will change that. if it's dry carbs that is.

many things can makr you hold water for no "apparent" reason.
sure carbs are just there to refil the glycogen,though.
i dotn agree with the sodium cutting, and cut out water,is relative ,you eat a banana,and well, go check how much water is in banana.
but a body with still fat on it, carbed up, no water drinking, the fat deposits will be pronounced more.
its as simple as that you dont go onstage if youre fat, thus, the whole carb up point gets moot
