Im the exact opposite.
I have to cook everything fresh, I hate tasting microwaved bullshit.
Every meal. Nothing saved in tupperware, or I simply will bitch out and not eat it.
I have refrigerated items at work (greek yogurt w whey, toast w fat free cream cheese, etc).
I dont eat nuts, too caloricaly dense. No peanut butter. My last diet was galeniko style a little bit, ultra low cals w out going keto
