hey guys what do you think? i just turned 20 ten days before this pic was taken. 1st ever show. 4th place lightweight. ya i know my legs suck. im workin on them. opinions?

welcome on board mate and about your legs, you can't trust any mofos here but Milos Sarcev and Lee Priest (although I doubt it that he'll tell you much info)

thankx bro. trained and dieted for 12 weeks. before i started i wasnt serious at all. i was just another weekend warior.

Ignore the village idiots. You look great for a 20 year old in his first show.

Keep hammering away at the legs with a lot of heavy squats and leg presses.

Also if you're not doing them now take the time to stretch before and after your leg workouts. It makes a big difference.

Mate, no matter what ANYONE says, apart from maybe Lee, if I looked like you when I was 20, I'd be as happy as a pig in shit. You look better than I do, and I'm almost 26!
