i havent had coffee in 10 years or so, i havent had caffeine in at least a year. I cant have anything that stimulates cause of my meds, and really i dont want to. Ive become addicted to not eating or drinking stimulants or junk. When my foods go up you will see Im a really clean eater. My issues are i eat wayyyy too big portions. too late at night and am ridiculously lazy

This routine is very similar to the workout that I am doing now but I am an experienced lifter, this is overkill for someone coming off a layoff I would not recommend it.
Good luck on the challenge. I can't see eating "whatever" you want as being opposed to the traditional dieting food since what you want is to be in shape and certain foods are more conducive to weight loss. I do not agree with what Adam recommends but I staunchly agree with Adam when he says we have to take the stress and worry out of eating. Hopefully you will settle on perfect groove for your body type. Good luck

He is eating very well. He had some fish, rice, peas bananas. These are things he likes to eat. I also like to eat those things. Its not like we are eating nothing but Twizzlers and Grape Soda.
