The music is relatively subtle and layered in so that is adds to the dialogue.

Yes, he overdid the Synthol and tattoos. The only problem with that is the heath considerations future-wise of the oil and the look $:-\$ .

However, compared to most bbs---this guy is on the Arnold level expressively speaking-wise. Most if not all current O competitors are literally SUB-Par-Below average as far as communicating. Communication is important to getting work in the media...promoting yourself and promoting bb,,,

I finally watched a few videos of his shit last night and he lays it down pretty well. Doesn't overly hype shit up, speaks the truth and gives it to people straight. It's tough to get over those massive PMMA arms but he doesn't seem as bad as I thought.

Rich has admitted to HGH use so i dont know why he said that he hasnt taken it in 15 years or whatever. He claimed that he comes off all drugs, does PCT, and keeps gh in because thats always in his stack or something. He says he doesnt blast and cruise adn he comes off all aas. which he may lower doses to give his body a break, but i seriously doubt this guy has been lower than 300 mg test and a nice dose of gh since he has been competing at 18.
I do like his honesty. And besides the fact he doesnt have much of back at all and his arms look like bags of oil, He does have a good waist it is aestheically pleasing which most guys lose when they get that size.
