Someone who's 6', 180 lbs., is wearing a medium shirt and not looking like remotely a bodybuilder with their shirt on. If u get any leaner than that, u really start to look small. U may look "in shape" w/ your clothes off but you're not looking like a bodybuilder. Some pretty competitive triathletes are that height and weight and they're not walking around calling themselves bodybuilders.

Natural bodybuilding is an oxymoron.

He looks like a HS wrestler. I'm a little over 6' and wrestled at 158 in HS. People laughed at me for being skinny. Nobody said I looked like a bodybuilder that's for sure.
