i will admit that ray didn't give haney much run for the money but he still improving himself. in both of these shots i have shawn winning both.
ab thigh- shawn has more quad detail and a tighter mid section
front double- shawn again has a tighter mid, more quad detail, he is doing the vacum with clearly defined ribcage, and has both biceps in order to correctly hit the front double not the front single.
i think looked good and i don't shawn blew him away, i do think it was obvious that shawn won though.

The most shocking thing would be the winner of an IFBB show who has not dropped anchor in Ben or joe Weiders Poo Bay sometime before the show.
