Is there any PCT at this point that could get his own body to produce test?  I've always wondered if long term users could kick start after all those years of abuse?

Absolutely no way his body will ever produce it's own test. His natural test shut off for good before he was old enough to drink...

Now if we talk frank zane, lee labrada, Hamdullah Aykutlu(who competed  at Olympia 93 vs Flex, Dorian, etc) now we are talking retired bodybuilders!
However Hamdullah still competes..  :o :o
