I always assume training is a given.. By the time you're using steroids, you should know Howe to train your body and how and when to make changes to your training.

Besides, with the proper food intake and drugs, all you need its training stimulus to give the muscle a rain to grow

Training SHOULD be a given but it isn't. In this day and age of bodybuilding it seems to fall last on the list with nutrition following close. Training shouldn't be just "training" that should be planned out just as well as anything else. IMO, it shouldn't be just walk in the gym on a chest day and do random exercises. Planned and recorded.

What's the point of planning/recording though?  Do you feel that size gains don't come without strength gains?  I certainly agree that planning is crucial for strength training, but bodybuilding strikes me as more of an art than a science.... hence it's difficult to plan for

Could you post an example of a bodybuilding workout you might do, with something like sets/reps/weights?

I dont understand why you couldnt pick random exercises if you already know which bodypart youre working and which type of exercise youre going to do.

for instance, if you want ro do 2 or 3 types of pulling movements, why couldnt you just pick 2 or 3 different styles of rowing exercises? Why does it have to be preplanned and recorded?

walking in on chest day and doing random exercises has given me the best results of my life.

Dont fret guys, ESFitness, is doing fine injecting 6 gms a week to look distinctly average in the gym, hell his family and friends cant even tell he lifts, thats why he only puts old mediocre pictures on his facebook.
makes totally sense ! 6gms a week 9000 cal and no training and I will fly under the radar. cool

This,
I go to the gym some days and have no idea what body part Im training until I get there, it depends if the equipments tied up.
If I get there with the intention to do back and theres a lot of people training back I will just do legs instead.

When I leave for the gym I know (usually) which bodypart will get trained. But exercises, order and rep range, that is all based on how I feel. Just as long as I kill myself it works.

Not saying very structured workouts don't work. I've had success with those as well. But they work better for actual strength training (PL in my case) than BB.
