Pictures aren't really a great way of gauging someone's height. I mean, you can get a general sense of whether they're tall or short, but down to the inch ? MY older brother is about almost two inches taller than I am, but in a lot of pics I look taller than or the same height as him.

height talk again   Arnold fully stretched is just about about 6ft today, he recently said joe maganiello at 6'5" is five inches taller than him. Thats an admittance of his height loss which was easily a tad below 6'2" back in the day. Basile measured him at over 6'1" and has no reason to lie, musclemag measured him at 6'1.75" in his prime and for the sake of making it easier in magazines rounded it up to 6'2"
I can stand in such a way where i easily lose a couple of inches, then i walk around with good posture and realise that at 5'10" i'm taller than alot of people.
People seem to be taller in general today so back in the day a near 6'2" arnold towered over a majority of people, now at 6' pictured against alot of generally taller people his height loss is more noticeable. He still stands out in a crowd though wading through the swarms at the classics.

No, because I am one of the few who have actually measured his height. At Mits Gym in Hawaii in early 1969. His scale had a height gauge and Arnold measured 6' 1 1/2" in the evening.

Arnold said he was 6' 2". I said maybe he is first thing in the morning. We all shrink a bit during the day. I recall that Arnold stood as tall as he could against that measuring rod.
