Open the ampule with the cap from a Bic pen.......break the pocket clip off of it first,put the cap over the top of the ampule which should be lightly scored with a knife for easier opening,then just snap the top off.


Placing the Bic pen cap slightly higher than where the neck of the ampule meets the body of the ampule creates better leverage and less chance of breakage along with no cut up fingers.

Insert the needle into the ampule......no risk of losing oil this way.

I weigh myself about 8 times a day. No Joke.

I can fucking eat so much more now, I am probably eating about 300g carbs a day and I am not getting fatter and as soon as I do bit of cardio everything tightens up.

Also I swear down my hair has actually got thicker.

Body and face hair too....like I shave and 24 hours later I am stubbly again.

Absolutely no negatives and all positives.

Only negatives so far is:

1) Major fucking insomnia. Like I literally get 4 hours sleep.
2) Like if I eat shit, (I got sucked into eating Pizza yesterday) I immediately feel like shit.
3) I got sorta pressure on my head a bit.

That's about it.

Mainly just horny and hungry as fuck.

Weights have gotten so easy too.

If you buy the cutter,you won`t need the cap from the pen....plastic cap works just fine though.

To get all the oil out,use a longer needle...........tilt amp on its side,and draw away.

Seems impossible, and I`ve used tons of amps back in the day.

I can see scoring the neck with a sharp knife or a tiny saw,but just slicing it off.................poss ibly,but risky as far as waste goes.

All  my gear is alpha pharma. Ive done that method on test e,p,c amps mast p tren hex tren suspesion and deca amps all alpha pharma never wasted one drop as becauee of the score line on the amps the force of the knife just makes it shoot off
