Who said that in 2007? Except for a singular occurence I'd like you provide some links to where this were the common sensus. Because I do not think it was.
The better chest is wishful thinking imo, his chest is insanely thick and I doubt anything will change the look of them because they are inhibited by insertions.
Bigger arms.. yes possible. Thicker back is possible too.
